The NCA, National Credit Amendment Bill [B 47-2013], was introduced and referred to the Portfolio Committee on Trade and Industry for consideration.

Interested individuals and groups were invited to comment and asked to forward written submissions to the committee by Friday, 29 November 2013. Public hearings were subsequently held on 28, 29 and 30 January 2014.

Stakeholders that wish to make an oral submission were asked to indicate such a request when submitting their written submission.
